Shannon Brown, real estate agent for Relocation Today and owner of Taylor Cullen Homes, LLC, along with her children, Madyson Taylor and Trevor Cullen, have devoted over a decade to supporting animal rescue. Their heartwarming journey began with Zoe, an active, sassy, loving labrador / chihuahua mix, who joined their family in February 2014 from a rescue in southern Minnesota. Zoe had been in several homes, and she was looking for her fur-ever place to feel safe and loved. With some obedience training and lots of patience, Zoe earned her spot as THE resident princess and dog pack leader. Towards the end of 2014, they welcomed Koda, a cuddly, gentle Cavachon who loves his people and is always looking for someone to snuggle with. Their family grew again in December 2023 when, together with Shannon’s caring partner Zeke and his boys, they opened their hearts to another rescue pup, Tuck, a charming, fun-loving French Bulldog.
Throughout the years, Shannon, Madyson, and Trevor have also generously opened their home to numerous foster dogs. Though fostering brings immense joy, it presents its challenges. Their resident dogs feel the emotional impact of constant transitions, and their busy schedules make it difficult to provide the attention fosters deserve. Yet, their unwavering commitment to saving rescue dogs remains strong, so they looked for other ways to give back!
After each closing, Shannon, and her children Madyson and Trevor, demonstrate their real estate client appreciation with a meaningful donation to animal rescue organizations via Taylor Cullen Homes, LLC.

How can I get more showings for my home?
Some things to consider are your homes curb appeal or whether your home is priced right for the current market. Remember that the agents will take buyers to homes that are easy to show. This means the fewer negative aspects the better. Often these negative aspects are very minor and can be easily changed.
