Based on your search criteria, I will find properties that are a good fit. I will give you access to the MLS database, which contains all the homes for sale in the Twin Cities market!

Schedule Viewings

Once you find homes you would like to see, I will schedule viewings with different listing agents. I will also inform you of any open houses that we may want to consider attending.

Submit Offers

When you find a home to purchase, I will write your purchase agreement and submit your offer on your behalf. This step involves paperwork and legal jargon, so having an experienced professional on your side can be a big asset. I will help you put together an eye-catching presentation that highlights why your offer is too good to pass up.

Negotiate With the Listing Agent

Often an offer from a buyer is met with a counteroffer from the seller. I will help you negotiate the sales price and any contingencies or other terms in the contract. I will have your best interest in mind and give you my honest advice and opinions on your offer and any counteroffers you receive.
